FoodDrink Europe is looking for a qualified and highly motivated individual to support involvement in EU projects related to food and nutrition security.
Main tasks:
Gather and analyse (scientific) literature related to food and nutrition security;
Prepare activity reports, deliverables, and other project documents as appropriate;
Participate in working groups and consortium meetings.
Key Skills and Experiences
Essential:
Relevant working experience in the area of research and innovation in the food sector;
Graduate degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry, food safety or food science;
Ability to work collaboratively in multinational teams;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to multi-task, well-organised and detail-oriented;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Fluent English in speech and writing, ideally plus one other foreign language.
Desirable:
Knowledge of European Projects and the EU Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation;
Experience in working with stakeholders in the European food sector.
The expected starting date is July 2018 at the latest.
