Esther is an Agricultural Economist with a strong grounding on Monitoring Evaluation and Learning. Currently, she is
working at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). She also has professional training on Gender
and Development. She has worked with both national and international research organisations including the
International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) in Monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL), Kenya Agricultural and
Livestock Research Organisation (KALRO). She has also worked as a consultant with the world Bank, Land
Development and Governance institute (LDGI), CIMMYT and the Ford Foundation. Her Key competencies are;
quantitative and qualitative analysis with a good grounding in econometric, coordinating and conducting multidisciplinary
surveys, Gender analysis and scientific and professional writing.
