 Field Visits: Visit to more than 350 farmers field of different locality of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana for more practical exposure and visits to Agro-based Industries.
 Working for the Mass Production technology of different Parasitoids, Predators and rearing of Lepidopterous pests like Corcyra cephalonica, Diamondback moth Plutella xylostella.
 Experience of Field demonstration of Bioagents against Lepidopterous pests of different crop ecosystem viz; Helicoverpa armigera, Spodoptera litura and Diamond back moth Plutella xylostella.
 Dealing with taxonomical & biosystematics work regarding the identification of parasitic Hymenoptera super family Chalcidoidea viz. Family Trichogrammitidae.
 Practical Exposure to disease diagnosis in various field crops, vegetables crops and also insects Pest damage and their control and other disorders in field conditions with complete solution for them.

 Got and complete an excellent project for three years entitled : “FIELD STUDY AND ANALYSIS FOR EXPLOITATION OF ALLELOCHEMICALS FOR EFFECTIVE BIOLOGICAL CONTROL IN CABBAGE AND CAULIFLOWER GROWING AREA OF UTTAR PRADESH AND HARYANA” funded by “STATE S&T COUNCILS GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY,DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY” New Delhi in a very short time period with full support of AIB.
 Received excellent comment by Project reviewer committee of STATE S&T COUNCILS GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, and DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY in November 2010. Reviewer committee recommended project for extension for another 3 years.
 Received first prize for oral presentation in National Conference on Role of bio pesticide, Bioagents and Bio-fertilizers for sustainable agriculture and horticulture., February 13-16, 2004.
 Short listed to visit Waseet conference in Paris.
